One form, one desk. We read every RFQ ourselves, route it to the shops that fit, and reply within 24 business hours, with a quote or with the specific question blocking one.

Before you send

Answering these makes quotes from different shops comparable:

Grade, and whether an equivalent (SKD11 for D2, 1.2344 for H13) is acceptable
Target hardness, and whether we cut before or after heat treatment
The two or three tolerances that actually matter, not a blanket class
Surface finish on functional faces only
Quantity now, and the likely repeat quantity
Post-processing: nitriding, coating, wire EDM, grinding
Documents you need: CMM report, hardness test, material certificate

Files we read

STEP or Parasolid for geometry, plus a dimensioned PDF for tolerance and notes. DXF and DWG are fine for 2D profiles. Zip the set if it is more than a few files.

What we do with it

Your drawing goes to two or three shops under NDA, never to a broadcast list. We do not publish customer names, part photos or drawings anywhere on this site.
