What we look for
| Hard machining in-house | Hard milling or hard turning on your own machines, CBN or coated carbide, at 45 HRC and above. |

| Measurement on site | CMM, height gauge or comparable. A hardness tester on the floor, not at a lab across town. |
| Tool steel experience | Regular work in D2 / SKD11 / 1.2379, H13 / SKD61 / 1.2344, A2 / 1.2363, O1 / 1.2510 or equivalents. |
| Quote discipline | A written quote back within 24 business hours, with the assumptions stated. |
| English on email | Enough to read a drawing note and answer a technical question in writing. |
| Export history | At least one completed export order, or a customs broker you already work with. |
How the arrangement works
1. You register
Machine list, inspection equipment, grades you run, and the hardness you are set up for.
2. We check fit
One call, and one sample job priced against an RFQ we already hold, to see how you quote.
3. RFQs arrive scoped
Drawing, grade, hardness, quantity and deadline attached. You quote or you pass, no obligation.
4. Fee on closed orders
A percentage of order value, invoiced after the buyer pays. Nothing owed on quotes that go nowhere.
